Challenge

The Objective was to create a beautiful way to portray the various flooring choices that Armstrong offers, and also "step" the customer up from entry-level to the finer, high quality tiles.

Solution

The interactive touchscreen visualizer was new to this product, and was effective at both attracting customers to the display, and also driving engagement and sales.

Store personnel and Flooring professionals also used it as an interactive catalog, to not only show the beauty of the flooring but to also step the customer up to the higher-end products. The unit was offered with and without the touch screen and was designed so a unit without a touch screen could be easily updated in the field to accept a touch screen in less than 5 minutes due to its modular design.
